Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup champagne
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 4 minutes per side
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Pour in champagne and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet
Let champagne reduce by half, about 5 minutes
