Chicken Spaghetti Pesto Bake



The soft chicken, flavorful basil pesto, and gooey melted cheese in this Chicken Spaghetti Pesto Bake make it a real treat. This dish is great for busy weeknights or casual get-togethers because it's comforting and filling.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Put cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, basil pesto, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Make sure all the ingredients are spread out evenly by mixing them well

Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles

Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool down a bit before serving

If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish

Enjoy while hot!
