Fresh Cherry Buttered Almond No Churn Ice Cream



Indulge in the delightful combination of fresh cherries and buttery almonds in this creamy no churn ice cream. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a luxurious treat that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract slowly and mix them in well

Add the chopped cherries and toasted almonds and mix them in

Spread the melted butter over the mixture and mix it in gently

Put the mixture in a loaf pan or another container that won't let air in

Put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until it gets firm

If you want, you can serve scoops of ice cream with extra cherries and almonds on top
