Raspberry Chocolate Chip Banana Ice Cream



Indulge in the delightful combination of sweet ripe bananas, tart raspberries, and rich dark chocolate chips in this homemade ice cream. It's a perfect treat for a hot summer day or anytime you crave a creamy and fruity dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Place the frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender

Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is well combined

Once the mixture is smooth, fold in the dark chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until it reaches your desired ice cream consistency

Serve your raspberry chocolate chip banana ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
