Krusteaz Breakfast Pancake Pizzas

Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix is used to make these breakfast pancake pizzas, which are a tasty take on waffles. With breakfast sausage, eggs, and cheese on top, they're a great treat for the whole family in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Put the Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water in a bowl and mix them together

Mix until it's smooth

Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and spray it with cooking spray

To make a small pancake, put 1/4 cup of the pancake batter into the pan

Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook until it's golden brown

Do it again to get four little pancakes

Place the small pancakes on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Cover all of the small pancakes with the cooked breakfast sausage

Each pancake should have an egg in the middle of it

Add pepper and salt

Twelve to fifteen minutes in a hot oven, or until the pancake edges are golden and the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny

Shred cheddar cheese and put it on top of each pizza after taking them out of the oven

Put it back in the oven and bake for another two to three minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles

To serve, take it out of the oven and let it cool for one minute

Have fun with your Krusteaz Breakfast Pancake Pizzas!
