Ingredients:

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs, boiled and sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Baby spinach, bacon bits, boiled eggs, red onion slices, cherry tomatoes cut in half, and feta cheese crumbles should all be put in a large salad bowl

Salt and black pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Spread the dressing out on the salad and gently toss it to cover everything
