Healthy Berry Sorbet



This healthy mixed berry sorbet is a refreshing and guilt-free treat. It's made with fresh berries and sweetened naturally with honey or maple syrup, making it low in sugar and high in flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Put the mixed berries, water, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender

Mix everything together until it's smooth

Spread the mix out in a shallow dish

Freeze it for four to six hours, or until it gets firm

Take it out of the freezer after it's frozen and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to get a little less frozen

Put the sorbet into bowls, and if you want, top them with fresh mint leaves

Serve right away
