Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned
Drain excess fat
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish
Pour the egg mixture over the ground beef
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the top
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and bubbly
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving
