Sriracha Lime Salt



Sriracha lime salt adds a zesty kick to your dishes. It's perfect for seasoning tofu, vegetables, or any other vegan dish that needs a flavor boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • Zest of 2 limes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200F 93C

In a bowl, mix sea salt, sriracha sauce, and lime zest until well combined

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is completely dry

Let the sriracha lime salt cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container

Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use
